We are still exploring new places all over West Virginia. Our Valentine trip took us to Thurmond, WV which is a nearly abandoned ghost town. It still has an active Amtrak station and a couple of Air B&B’s but for the most part it’s an old coal town that has long since been empty. I took the opportunity to edit most images in color and b&w as well as one in selective color. It was a beautiful day of exploration and a chance to stop by Dunloup Falls which you’ll find under the nature tab. Enjoy
